Your maintenance plan is a one-year minimum membership with non-refundable fees. The plan will automatically renew unless either party gives notice within 30 days of the renewal date. The plan and its benefits apply only to the equipment listed on your maintenance plan (details will be emailed).

All parts replaced by Rodger That on covered equipment come with a 2-year parts and labour warranty. Priority emergency service is provided within 24 hours for no heat, no hot water, or significant leaks, and within 48 hours for no cooling.

Members will receive a reminder via email or text, and maintenance will be booked accordingly.
