They even lifted our filter racks off the ground so replacing filters is way easier now, and while working on the roof, they noticed a cracked tile elsewhere and gave us a friendly heads-up to fix it before bad weather—really appreciated that extra attention to detail! I had a humming noise coming from the furnace when the A/C kicked in. I couldn't find the source but the tech from Rodger That knew to check how the blower fan motor was connected and solved it with a different fan speed. Super knowledgeable. Would reccomend these guys.
